Dzinearticles.com offers free content articles to webmasters, publishers editors and they will reprint your article(s) subject to some specific terms and conditions prescribed on our site. If you are writing for a fee for the publication of your articles or want some special consideration in lieu of your work, you are advised not to submit these articles to dzinearticles.com.

Guidelines for Submission of Articles

We provide free submission of your articles to Dzinearticles.com and new additions to our database are indexed every day. The articles submitted by you are generally available for visitors the very next day. Please make sure by searching the Dzinearticles.com by author’s name or title of the article that your article(s) has not already been submitted. For this, we advise you as following:

• Do not submit the articles on which you do not have proprietary authorization or unless the author has given the permission to use them.
• If you submit your articles to multiple categories, then they are automatically removed; so, submit to only one category.
• Articles that have commercial or advertorial aspect are not accepted at dzinearticles.com. We are not a forum for advertising commercial products, services or programs as dzinearticles.com is just a free content directory.
• We also do not accept any submission less than 100 words and it will be removed from our site. Neither does Dzinearticles.com accept lengthy articles which do not have useful content or are below our standard or if they are only for obtaining back-links or for the purpose of promoting a product or service.
• Any submission containing a few lines of text that links to point to another site where the original article exists will not be accepted.
• Any article which has been copied, plagiarized or infringes upon somebody’s rights will not be accepted and will be removed. In order to get the information on our copyright policy, read the section below:
• Dzinearticles.com reserves the right to refuse accepting any article(s) for any reason without any notice or explanation. In the event of any violation of any of the above rules, guidelines, the writer/author will not be allowed to submit anything further.

Length of Articles

We surely have some length restrictions on the articles submitted to us. They are given as under:

Title of Article : Not more than 150 characters

Body of Article : Around 2500 words

Author Bio : An estimated 60 words

Formatting of Articles and Links

It is highly advisable for authors while submitting their articles to Dzinearticles.com, to copy and paste articles from a basic text editor like Notepad or NoteTab Light. This will only ensure that all formatting including paragraph breaks, line length and several other formatting will be taken care of by our submission form.

To copy and paste content from MS Word does not cause any formatting problems. And this is only because of MS Word and the likes using non-ASCII, at times invisible, characters copied with the content into our submission form cause articles to appear entirely different from original one that was submitted.

In view of the above, to specify font size or to create paragraph and line breaks, it is not necessary that authors use html tags. It would be better if you restrict the use of HTML as far as possible. However, HTML tags can only be used for the purpose of creating live links to sites, services or products. It may be noted that Dzinearticles.com does not create activated links and it has to be done by you.

Copyright and Violations

Dzinearticles.com does not allow the use of the material that infringes the copyright owner’s rights. In other words, the authors are supposed to submit their original content articles and not someone else’s copied work.

In the event of copyright being disputed which may be due to either plagiarism or unauthorized copying, Dzinearticles.com has the sole right to remove the article(s) immediately without any further notice.

Settlement of disputes if copyright violated

Dzinearticles.com provides content article directory free of charge. All we do is just acting as an intermediary between authors and publisher and elaborate guidelines for copyright adherence. In all cases, Copyright is enjoyed by the author who originally the owner of their articles, and we in no way have the authorization on their articles.

In case of any copyright violation, it is recommended that authors should exercise their rights under The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 with following steps:

• First and foremost, keep in touch with the offending party informing them to correct the copyright violation.
• In case you do not get any desired result, you may contact the ISP that hosts the offending website. Also apprise the domain registrar who is in charge of the registration of the website domain of the whole situation.
• In some cases, domain registrar and ISPs will handle the case by warning or suspending the offending party. In case the domain registrar and ISPs fail to take any action, depute an attorney to do the needful. This action will surely yield some positive results.
